- Turn on your Android phone and go to the "Settings" menu.

- Open a web browser or any other app that requires an internet connection and try accessing a website or other online content to make sure that your phone is properly connected to the internet.
- If you're unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network, try restarting your phone and then trying again. If that doesn't work, move closer to the Wi-Fi access point or router.
- If you're still unable to connect, check that the Wi-Fi network is functioning properly. You can do this by checking that other devices can connect to the network without any issues. If the network is not functioning, submit a ticket here for further assistance.
