- Turn on your iPhone and go to the "Settings" app.
- Tap on the "Wi-Fi" option.
- Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on. If it's not, toggle the switch to turn it on.
- Your iPhone will start scanning for available Wi-Fi networks. Wait a few moments for the list of available networks to appear.
- Find the Wi-Fi network that you want to connect to and tap on it. If the network is secured with a password, you'll be prompted to enter it. Type in the password and tap "Join."
- Wait a few moments for your iPhone to connect to the Wi-Fi network. You should see a checkmark next to the Wi-Fi network name indicating that you're connected.
- Open a web browser or any other app that requires an internet connection and try accessing a website or other online content to make sure that your iPhone is properly connected to the internet.
- If you're unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network, try restarting your iPhone and then trying again. If that doesn't work, move closer to the Wi-Fi access point or router.
- If you're still unable to connect, check that the Wi-Fi network is functioning properly. You can do this by checking that other devices can connect to the network without any issues.
- If the network is not functioning, submit a ticket here for further assistance.
