My keyboard and mouse are not responding

  • Unplug USB cable / dongle and then plug the device back in a different USB port on your PC


  • Check if keyboard and mouse if they are fully charged or have fresh batteries 


  • Check if the keyboard and mouse switch are ON


  • Check your wireless connections, look on the bottom of the wireless device for a Reset button. Resetting the device will disconnect and then reconnect the wireless connection. 


  • If none of the above steps work, submit a ticket here for further assistance.
